Recently, the global 3rd generation semiconductor industry development summit forum and Hangjia aurora award ceremony, organized by Hangjia 3rd generation semiconductors, was held at the Shenzhen Crowne Plaza Hotel. Brilliant Speech: “Application and Prospects of Domestic SiC devices in the New Energy Market”

Mr. Li Heming, APS Product Marketing Director, delivered a brilliant speech at the event, covering the technical characteristics and product roadmap of APS silicon carbide products, as well as product solutions for applications in new energy vehicles, photovoltaic inverters, energy storage, and other related fields.

This award aims to recognize representative silicon carbide and gallium nitride companies that have made breakthroughs in technology innovation, application boundary breakthroughs, pain point solutions, practicality, or novelty in the current year.

The companies was awarded because this year have maintained a leading market share in various application markets such as new energy vehicles, charging piles, data centers, and lidar. They have created more imagination space for the large-scale commercialization of silicon carbide and gallium nitride technologies and promoted the development of the 3rd generation semiconductor industry. The further replication and promotion of these application cases will contribute to the accelerated realization of the global "dual carbon" goal.

This award mainly recognizes outstanding enterprises that have rapidly risen in the silicon carbide/gallium nitride supply chain this year. They have achieved breakthroughs in in domestic 3rd generation semiconductor materials, devices, modules, equipment, and other technologies, and have taken solid steps on the path of globalization, enhancing the global influence of China's third-generation semiconductors.
